You are protected under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU).
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for unused products.
Right of Withdrawal (Unused Products)
You can return unused products within 14 days from delivery.
Product must be in original condition, complete with all accessories and packaging.
Return shipping for withdrawal is paid by the customer.
Defective or Non-Conforming Products (2-Year EU Guarantee)
All products are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.
A product is defective if it does not work as described, is damaged, or non-conforming.
Normal wear and tear from usage (e.g., tires, grips, scratches, braking system, suspensions, battery degradation) is not covered.
Proof (photos or video) may be requested.
Return shipping for defective or non-conforming products is fully covered by Zenva Scooters.
Remedies include repair, replacement, or full refund (product + delivery).

Request a return or exchange within 30 days if:

Products that have been used, worn, or misused
Sale/clearance items unless defective

Email zenvascooters@gmail.com with order number, product name, and reason for return.
Receive RMA and return address.
Ship the item with tracking and proof of shipment.
Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-defective returns: customer pays return shipping
Defective / incorrect items: Zenva Scooters covers shipping
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Common Rules for All Regions
Minor variations in color, appearance, or materials do not constitute a defect unless the product is significantly different from its advertised specifications.
Testing the product minimally to verify proper operation is allowed.
Customers are responsible for the product until it reaches the return facility.
Products showing normal wear beyond testing may be subject to reasonable depreciation or not eligible for refund.
